Step out onto our spacious terrace and embrace the charm of outdoor Italian living.

At the entrance, you'll find a covered dining area with a table for six ; perfect for leisurely breakfasts or romantic dinners under the soft Riviera breeze.

The middle section invites you to unwind on two comfortable sunbeds, ideal for soaking up the sunshine. A few steps further, there's a lounge area with eight chairs and a small coffee table, perfect for an aperitivo with friends or family.

In the far corner, relax on a double sunbed or refresh yourself under the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

And right in front of our terrace lies a small private garden, home to a charming table for two beneath an olive tree, surrounded by a palm, a lemon and an orange tree; a true Mediterranean dream.

Our Swimming Pool

A tranquil pool in the heart of the residence: 

At the center of the private Condominio Hanbury, you'll find a beautifully renovated swimming pool, nearly 20 meters long with a maximum depth of 1.4 meters ; perfect for both children and adults to enjoy safely.

Surrounded by 12 comfortable sunbeds, the pool area is bathed in sunlight from 8:00 AM until 5:00 or 6:00 PM, depending on the season. Whether you prefer a refreshing morning swim or a lazy afternoon under the sun, this serene spot invites you to relax, recharge and soak up the Riviera atmosphere.

Game, set, relax ! 

On the other side of the Condominio Hanbury, guests can enjoy access to a private tennis court; perfect for a friendly match between two to four players or for practicing solo against the training wall.

Whether you're an avid player or just looking for some light exercise before a swim, this is a wonderful way to stay active under the Riviera sun.
